Blueberry Vinaigrette

This blueberry vinaigrette takes less than 5 minutes to make! It's fresh and healthy- so much better than the bottled stuff!

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a serving container and enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.
  • Happy Eating!


Store blueberry vinaigrette in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
