Vegan Protein Pumpkin Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

cup
pumpkin
canned

tablespoon
chia seeds

tablespoon
vegan protein powder
I use
Tropeaka Lean Vanilla
¼
teaspoon
cinnamon

cup
almond milk
stevia
or sweetener of choice to taste
pinch
salt
optional
Instructions
Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a container with a lid.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
