Ingredients
1cuppumpkin puree
½cupalmond milkor other plant-based milk
2boxesVanilla Jello Pudding (3.4oz)
1cupSo Delicious Coconut Cool Whipfor homemade version See Recipe
1 ¼teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1Keebler Graham Ready Crustor other prepared crust
Instructions
Add all the ingredients (minus the whipped cream) to a medium mixing bowl and stir with a large spoon until well incorporated.
Stir in the whipped topping.
Pour into the prepared pie shell and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with the remaining whipped topping.
